Sorrel Spritz

A Caribbean twist on the Italian aperitivo. Hibiscus sorrel and mulberry meet dry prosecco for a vibrant ruby spritz.

Ingredients

• 40ml Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Gin
• 75ml dry prosecco
• 40ml soda water
• Orange wheel
• Dried hibiscus flower (optional)

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Add the Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry gin.
3. Top with prosecco, then a splash of soda.
4. Stir once and garnish with an orange wheel and hibiscus flower.
