Nine Isles Sunset

A sunset-hued tropical sour layered over a sink of grenadine — Peach & Lychee gin with schnapps, citrus and a touch of syrup.

Ingredients

• 60ml (2 fl oz) Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin
• 30ml (1 fl oz) peach schnapps
• 30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lime juice
• 30ml (1 fl oz) orange juice
• 15ml (½ fl oz) simple syrup
• 7ml (¼ fl oz) grenadine syrup
• Lime wedge and cherry to garnish

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour the grenadine into the base.
2. In a separate shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, peach schnapps, lime juice, orange juice and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
4. Strain slowly over the rocks glass so the grenadine settles at the bottom.
5. Garnish with a skewered lime wedge and cherry.
