Nine Isles Paradise

A silky blue-hued sour with Sorrel & Mulberry gin, fresh lime and a soft egg-white crown.

Ingredients

• 60ml (2 fl oz) Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Gin
• 30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lime juice
• 15ml (½ fl oz) simple syrup
• 15ml (½ fl oz) blue curaçao
• 1 egg white
• Lime wedge to garnish

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour the blue curaçao into the base.
2. In a separate shaker with ice, add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white.
3. Shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
4. Strain over the rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
