Nine Isles Martini

A bold Caribbean martini built on Sorrel & Mulberry gin, pomegranate liqueur and dark rum, lifted with grenadine and a touch of Angostura.

Ingredients

• 60ml (2 fl oz) Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Gin
• 30ml (1 fl oz) pomegranate liqueur
• 30ml (1 fl oz) dark rum
• Dash of grenadine syrup
• 4 drops Angostura bitters

Method

1. Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour in the Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Gin, pomegranate liqueur and dark rum.
3. Add a dash of grenadine and 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
4. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
