Nine Isles Frozen Daiquiri

A frozen Caribbean daiquiri reimagined with Peach & Lychee gin — blended ice, fresh lime and a touch of syrup.

Ingredients

• 60ml (2 fl oz) Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin
• 30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lime juice
• 15ml (½ fl oz) simple syrup
• Plenty of ice
• Lime wedge to garnish

Method

1. Add plenty of ice to a blender.
2. Pour in the Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin, lime juice and simple syrup.
3. Blend until a smooth slushy consistency forms.
4. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or syrup as needed.
5. Pour into a tall cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
