A gin-led mojito spiked with tropical lychee — fresh lime and mint with a long, refreshing finish.

Ingredients

50ml Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin
10 fresh mint leaves
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Soda water to top

Method

Lightly press mint with sugar syrup in the base of a highball.
Add lime juice and the Nine Isles gin.
Fill with crushed ice and churn briefly.
Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
