Grenadine Negroni

A Caribbean Negroni — equal parts botanical gin, sweet vermouth and bitter aperitif, finished with a flamed orange peel.

Ingredients

• 30ml Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Gin
• 30ml sweet red vermouth
• 30ml Campari
• Orange peel

Method

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
