The definitive Caribbean gin and tonic. Built tall over ice with premium tonic and a fresh peach wedge — a five-minute escape to the Grenadines.

Ingredients

• 50ml Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin
• 150ml premium Indian tonic water
• Fresh peach wedge
• Sprig of mint
• Plenty of cubed ice

Method

1. Fill a balloon glass to the brim with cubed ice.
2. Pour the Nine Isles Peach & Lychee gin over the ice.
3. Top gently with chilled tonic to preserve the bubbles.
4. Garnish with a peach wedge and a slap of mint.
