Basils — Nine Isles Daiquiri

A fragrant Caribbean daiquiri where fresh basil meets Peach & Lychee gin — herbaceous, bright and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients

• 60ml (2 fl oz) Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin
• 8–10 fresh basil leaves
• 30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lime juice
• 20ml (¾ fl oz) simple syrup
• Fresh basil sprig to garnish

Method

1. Lightly muddle the basil leaves with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Gin and fresh lime juice.
3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig.
