Peach & Lychee: not as random as it sounds

Where two fruits that nobody associates with the Caribbean ended up in our flagship bottle — and why they belong together.

Peach is not a Caribbean fruit. Lychee is not a Caribbean fruit either. So why are they in our flagship gin?

The honest answer: because the pairing tasted, more than anything else we tried, like a Vincentian sunset.

Lychee on its own is delicate, almost perfumed. Pair it with peach and the peach gives it body — a soft, rounded sweetness that holds up against the juniper and coriander in a London Dry base. The two fruits cover each other's weaknesses and amplify each other's strengths.

The serve

Stir once, don't crush the fruit. Drink it within ten minutes — that's when it's best.
